An Evening of Mental Wellbeing in Times of Trouble

An evening of mental WELLBEING

Register below for the zoom link.

The last few weeks have been heavy for us all.

At Epping Chabad we understand the impact that this can have on us as individuals and our mental well-being.

Which is why we have connected with Mama J, a very well respected mental health expert who has worked with many different communities who has agreed to run an online session to help anyone struggling with anxiety, depression and fear due to the ongoing crisis.

During this session she will be able to demonstrate why being in control of our own well-being can be productive and pragmatic despite the circumstances.

She will also offer advice on tools and tips to help see us through this difficult time.

To join the session please register your interest via the form above.

The session has kindly been sponsored by members of the community to ensure anyone that would like to can access it.
