Our Hebrew School offers an exciting and friendly environment where children embrace their Jewish heritage and gain a true sense of Jewish pride, regardless of their level of observance or affiliation.
Children, reception through year 6, acquire a broad knowledge of Judaism in a motivating and interactive atmosphere. With years of teaching experience still back in upstate New York, and later in Israel, Rivka enables the students to gain an appreciation for the joys, values and traditions of our heritage and it is vividly brought to life using a range of exciting and interactive learning methods and creative activities.
At Chabad our goal is simple: We want our students to view their Judaism in an intelligent, relevant and upbeat light. By year's end, along with the Aleph-Bais, Holiday learning and Hebrew literacy, your child will have developed a deep love and appreciation for their precious heritage, imbuing their every day with a sense of pride and purpose. They will also learn how to navigate the Siddur and the Chumash and take part in services which is a great preparation for Bar and Bat Mitzvah.
